Terms of Service for Rolezy Discord Bots

Acceptance of terms

By adding, configuring, or using a Rolezy Discord bot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, remove the bot from your server and stop using its features.

Bot services

Rolezy bots may provide rules quizzes, verification roles, moderation assistance, server utilities, and other features for Rolezy and SillyTavern communities. Features may change, pause, or be removed to protect reliability and safety.

Server owner responsibilities

• Invite the bot only where you have permission to manage bots.
• Configure roles, permissions, channels, and quiz settings responsibly.
• Do not use the bot to harass people, bypass Discord rules, or create misleading verification flows.
• Make sure members understand how the bot is used in your community.

Prohibited use

• Do not exploit, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the bot.
• Do not use it for spam, scams, phishing, abuse, or illegal activity.
• Do not impersonate Rolezy, Discord, SillyTavern, or the bot operators.
• Do not submit false data or abuse quiz and verification systems.

Privacy and data

The bot processes only the data needed to operate its features. Details are in the Rolezy Quiz Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

Rolezy Discord bots are provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, or compatibility with every server. Rolezy is not responsible for damages, moderation mistakes, role misconfiguration, disruptions, or data loss caused by use of the bot.

Removal and termination

We may restrict access for servers or users that abuse the service, violate these terms, or create risk for Rolezy or Discord communities. Server owners may remove the bot at any time.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as features, operations, or requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
